I'm Jayne Fox, how can I help?
I’m Jayne Fox, an ADHD Coach, award-winning Mental Health Coach and Neurodiversity Educator. I am passionate about helping neurodivergent people understand themselves better, recognise what does and doesn’t work for them, and make meaningful changes that help them thrive. So they can get unstuck, move forward and do what truly matters to them.

How did I get to where I am today?
Fifteen years ago, I was burnt out and my health was a mess. I was a people-pleasing, over-achieving ADHDer raising three kids, caring for my family and running a small business. I really needed some support, but when I looked for help, there was very little around.
I realised it was time to upskill myself, starting by focusing on my physical and mental health, and then learning about neurodivergence, coaching and how to help others.
Along the way, I dealt with grief, long Covid and a whole lot of uncertainty, and I began to see how much the health system struggles to support people who don’t fit the mould.
This journey taught me many things I’ll never forget: we’re not broken, but we do have different needs, and we know our own bodies and minds better than anyone else. And even if there wasn’t much support on offer, I could find a way forward and start building my own toolkit.
When I trained in health coaching, mental health coaching and ADHD coaching and learned more about neurodivergence, I started seeing the full picture. And I came to see that this whole-person approach to ADHD and mental health can make such a huge difference in people’s lives.
I’m an ADHD Life Coach and Mental Health Coach because I want to offer the kind of support I wish I’d had earlier. The kind that doesn’t try to fix you, but helps you understand yourself. That doesn’t push strategies that only work for neurotypical brains, and that creates space for understanding and real-life solutions.
I want you to feel seen, supported and respected, not just for what you struggle with, but for the strengths you bring. I want to help you figure out what actually works for your brain, not what someone else thinks should work for you.
Because I know you can get unstuck, move forward and do what matters to you. And because you’re not broken, you’re just wired differently. And there's so much power in learning how to work with your brain, not against it.
That’s why I’m here.
