I primarily offer mental health support to people dealing with mild to moderate anxiety, stress or burnout. The tools and strategies I use are suitable for a wide range of people, including folks dealing with ME/CFS, Long Covid and perimenopause. I also work with people wanting to increase their resilience and enhance their mental fitness and overall wellbeing.

In mental health coaching, the focus is on the present and the future, rather than delving into the past. Offering a new alternative to counselling or therapy, mental health coaching is evidence-based, trauma-informed, neurodiverse-affirming and LGBTQIA+ friendly.

What kind of support I provide

Mental health coaching is a new approach to mental health support that includes coaching, tools and exercises from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and work on a wide range of healthy habits and practices that can enhance your mental, physical and overall health.

ACT techniques can help anyone who struggles with difficult thoughts, symptoms and emotions. They can help you identify what kind of life you want to live, and how to move towards this.

Working on your day-to-day practices can help increase your resilience and support your wellbeing. We can focus on the factors you want to improve, which could include connection, nutrition, movement, rest, sleep, meaning, engagement or vitality. We will stay on your agenda here – you decide what changes you want to make, along with when and why.

Rather than talking about the past, we will focus on where you are at now and where you want to be. We will use goal-setting and a practical strategy framework to help you move forward towards the life you want.
